What is Your Payment Process?Due to the nature of this business, payments for services must be made in FULL prior to the start of any project. Payments will be made through DeeBellaDesigns.com to DeeBella LLC. All major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, PayPal, DeeBellaDesign GiftCards, Affirm, and AfterPay are accepted. Third party payment plans available at checkout. DeeBella LLC is not responsible for additional cost such as: Website domains (info@yoursite.com) Email Accounts Website Host Accounts (Wix, Shopify, etc)

Can I change my maintenance plan once purchased?Once your maintenance service has begun, you will have until the end of the initial service to upgrade your plan. To do so, please email info@deebelladesigns.com.

Why Do I Have To Pay For A Consultation?Part of the planning phase takes place during the consultation. In depth, we'll discuss and map out the DeeBella Designs experience and how it will work for you. The $20 consultation fee will go towards services purchased as long as the service is purchased within 30 days.

Cancellation/Refund PolicyOnce a project has been initiated and work has begun, there will be no cancellations or refunds provided. As a client, you are responsible for providing all necessary information and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project can proceed smoothly. In the event that you are not satisfied with the final product, we will make every effort to revise and make necessary changes until you are satisfied with the outcome. Please note that our team puts in a significant amount of time and effort into each project, and we are committed to providing high-quality work that meets your expectations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Termination PolicyWe understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause delays or hinder communication during the web design process. However, in the event that a client becomes inconsistent with communication, unresponsive, or fails to provide required content, we reserve the right to terminate the project. Additionally, if a client displays any form of inappropriate behavior or rudeness, we reserve the right to terminate the project as well. Please note that terminating a project due to any of the aforementioned reasons will result in the forfeiture of any payments made towards the project. We take our work seriously and are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We expect the same level of professionalism and respect from our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What Do I Need To Get Started?To ensure that we deliver the best possible results for your project, we kindly request that you provide us with the following materials at least 48 hours prior to the start of your project: A high-resolution version of your logo Your brand's color codes, which will be used for design consistency (If not provided, we will use colors from your logo) High-quality professional product images for optimal presentation Detailed product descriptions that accurately reflect your brand and products Any additional images that you would like us to incorporate into your design. If you don't have any specific images, we will use 3-5 stock images that best represent your brand and product offerings. A transcript of your website, which we will use to create an engaging and user-friendly design (We will send you the transcript template to complete after purchase) We understand the importance of these elements in delivering a high-quality design that accurately represents your brand and products. Therefore, we appreciate your cooperation in providing these materials in a timely manner to ensure the success of your project.

Are There Any Additional Cost?In addition to your design fee, there may be additional cost before you're able to get started. For web design services, you will have to pay for your host, domain, email, additional apps (Shopify), etc. Please see host websites for additional information: Wix Pricing | Shopify Pricing Canva offers a free and paid option. Paid option is NOT mandatory for Canva related services.

What Are Revision Sessions?A web design revision session is a meeting or consultation between a client and a web designer to discuss and make changes to a website design before it is finalized and launched. During the revision session, the client provides feedback on the initial design and the web designer makes adjustments to the layout, content, and functionality of the website based on the client's input. The goal of a revision session is to ensure that the website design meets the client's expectations and requirements before it is launched to the public. Number of revisions/ revision sessions vary by service. Please see descriptions for additional details. If revisions are exceeded, you may purchase additional revision sessions.
